Welcome Basket Contributions
We are looking for donations to put together a welcome basket for future new neighbors. Do you have a service to offer, or programs to help newcomers find their way around? Perhaps you can contribute coupons from your business (pizza, shopping, telephone service…etc.) **This is also a great opportunity to advertise! Get your business or service noticed by newcomers, and help out your new neighbors—all at once! If you are interested in contributing to the basket or if you’ve noticed a new resident, please contact us. We would like our new neighbors to feel at home!!
A Note from the Committee
Have you been to the pond? Did you even know that there is a pond in the common area? Although the pond is no swimming pool, it does have a quaint, calming nature to it. The colorful Autumn leaves reflect off of the surface. The Winter icicles dangle from the towering pines. The Spring brings new growth and animal life. The Summer finds children and their guardians catching and releasing the anxious catfish and brim that swim in the depths. There are even picnic tables available for your use!
POND ACCESS is located between #927 and 931 Homestead Park Drive (see map). This is the only access to the pond. Please do not trespass through other lots!
RESPECT the property. After all, you are paying for its upkeep. Littering and vandalism will not be tolerated. Also, please clean up after your dogs.
