In a planned community such as Homestead Park, it is important to maintain a harmonious, quality development. The intent of the Architectural Review Committee is to provide a framework for Homestead Park homeowners to follow when making exterior changes to their property, while maintaining a balance between private interests and the broader interests of the community.
A Note from the Committee
A New Year can bring with it a fresh start and new opportunities. You have our assurance that the ARC Committee will continue to work on your behalf - making sure all planned improvements will benefit Homestead Park as a whole. We’re also discussing some possible changes to the rules and regulations we all follow. If you have any suggestions or comments on that matter please feel free to submit them to the HOA board. Our hope for the New Year is to continue to improve the neighborhood we all call home.
