Landscape
The Landscaping Committee will be working hard in the coming year to make Homestead Park a beautiful place to live and to keep our home values up, something we all want. We will be working on common areas, as well as providing advice to homeowners on trees and lawn care. We look forward to making a difference in our community in 2006.
A Note from the Committee
Thanks for all the continuing efforts on keeping the lawns looking great. Please keep in mind that mailboxes and post also need maintenance. Just a little cleaning of the post with a bathroom mildew cleaner will do wonders. If your mailbox needs replacing you can go to Post and Picket on Tryon Road and pick up a new one that will match exactly and will be numbered. One last reminder, please keep trees and shrubs trimmed back from the sidewalk.
Just a reminder - Fall is the best time for planting, and that includes planting grass. Look for more help full hints in our newsletters coming soon.
